Creative Web Developer / 3D & AI Experience Engineer

About the Role

Creative Web Development

• Build production-ready interactive websites and digital experiences using JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Next.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop advanced animations, transitions, micro-interactions, responsive behavior, reusable components, and scalable front-end architectures.
• Translate Figma designs, prototypes, creative concepts, and art direction into polished functional experiences.
• Ensure reliable operation across modern browsers, screen sizes, and devices while maintaining clean production-quality code.

3D and WebGL Development

• Build real-time 3D experiences using Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, or equivalent technologies.
• Create interactive 3D environments, product showcases, digital showrooms, landing pages, and immersive storytelling experiences.
• Implement models, cameras, lighting, materials, textures, animations, interactions, shaders, particle systems, post-processing, physics, and advanced rendering techniques.
• Build product configurators and optimize 3D assets, rendering, compression, loading, and delivery for desktop and mobile.

Motion and AI Experiences

• Develop scroll-based animations, page transitions, interactive storytelling, hover interactions, and complex UI motion using GSAP, Framer Motion, or equivalents.
• Use generative AI for visual ideation, concept development, image generation, asset creation, rapid prototyping, and creative experimentation.
• Generate and integrate AI-created imagery, textures, backgrounds, graphics, and other visual assets into digital experiences.
• Build AI-powered experiences and integrate generative AI APIs and models into web applications when required.

Performance and Collaboration

• Optimize graphics-heavy websites for speed, responsiveness, rendering performance, accessibility, usability, and code quality.
• Implement lazy loading, asset preloading, code splitting, and other performance techniques while resolving browser and device-specific issues.
• Work with designers, UI/UX specialists, creative teams, product teams, and engineers from concept through deployment.
• Balance creative ambition with technical feasibility, performance, production requirements, and independent technical ownership.

Minimum Requirements

• Have 3+ years of professional experience in creative web development, advanced front-end development, interactive experiences, or a related field.
• Have strong JavaScript or TypeScript and React experience, plus Next.js or a comparable modern React framework experience.
• Understand component architecture, state management, APIs, modern web development, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
• Have hands-on professional experience with Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, or an equivalent real-time 3D web technology.
• Demonstrate actual interactive 3D web experiences and understand core 3D concepts, asset loading, and rendering performance.
• Have practical generative AI experience in creative, design, or development workflows and experience integrating APIs into web applications.
• Provide a relevant portfolio, GitHub, or website with live functional examples and clearly stated project contributions.

Strongly Preferred

• React Three Fiber, Drei, advanced Three.js, WebGL shaders, GLSL, custom shaders, particle systems, post-processing, or physics engines.
• 3D model optimization, GLTF or GLB workflows, interactive product configurators, digital showrooms, immersive websites, or virtual environments.
• GSAP, Framer Motion, scroll-based animation, advanced page transitions, interactive motion systems, or web-based storytelling.
• Generative design tools and workflows including Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana, or ComfyUI.
• Image-to-image generation, inpainting, outpainting, ControlNet, LoRA, prompt engineering, AI-generated textures, or generative design systems.
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, Substance 3D, or comparable design and 3D software.
