Warehouse Keeper with AVL Experience

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming media equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for cameras, lighting, audio equipment, production accessories, IT devices, and media-related assets.
• Issue and receive equipment to production teams, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Conduct regular stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and asset verification exercises.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests when required.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and safety of all equipment and materials.
• Track damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment and coordinate maintenance or repair activities.
• Maintain records of equipment movement, returns, and utilization reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and production departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the warehouse/store area.
• Support logistics and preparation of equipment for shoots, events, productions, and client requirements.
• Follow company policies related to inventory control, health & safety, and asset management.
• Assist during audits by providing inventory records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Media Operations, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Experience within media production, broadcasting, events, advertising, or creative industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with handling media production equipment and technical assets is an advantage.
• Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
