- Organize inventory in a systematic manner, utilizing shelving and storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits, verifying quantities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certifications to enhance productivity and safety.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and packed to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations, sharing insights and suggestions to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of safety procedures, actively participating in training sessions and promoting a culture of safety.
- Handle returns and damaged goods with care, ensuring that they are processed correctly and in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on inventory levels and operational challenges.
