Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain the reception area to be tidy and welcoming.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory.
  • Provide information about the organization's services and programs to visitors.
  • Process visitor logs according to security protocols.
  • Support event planning by coordinating logistics for meetings and corporate events.
