Warehouse Helper

Role Overview

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles.
• Receive and arrange incoming stock in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack products according to store and delivery requirements.
• Sort, organize, label, tag, and arrange merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare cartons and merchandise for store deliveries.

Inventory and Transfers

• Support stock transfers between the warehouse and retail stores, including inter-store transfers and returns.
• Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO procedures where applicable.

Safety and Organization

• Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage and ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Follow company health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially in retail, fashion, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle products.
• The candidate must be physically fit and able to lift and move cartons and merchandise.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, good communication, and teamwork skills are required.
• The candidate must be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required is expected.

Preferred Product Experience

• Preferred experience includes fashion and apparel, footwear and accessories, beauty products, home accessories, and lifestyle products.
• Experience with retail store stock transfers, returns, damaged stock, stock counting, and inventory activities is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,300 to AED 2,500 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
