Warehouse Facility Trainer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational training for new and existing employees.
• Administer individual and group training events.
• Use Standard Operating Procedures and ensure employee certification and recertification.
• Identify bottlenecks, review performance metrics, and recommend performance actions.
• Set standards for warehouse pick, pack, and ship quality and accuracy.
• Support audit compliance, Gemba walks, safety inspections, and OSHA documentation.
• Work with the Quality department to develop and document warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of warehouse experience, two years of operational or administrative experience, and one year of training experience are required.
• One year of experience delivering training materials and communications is required; two years are preferred.
• One year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures is required.
• One year of experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel is required; two years are preferred.
• Strong safety, communication, time management, adaptability, and instruction-following skills are required.
• Travel of 0% to 25% may be required.

Working Environment

• Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and exposure to varied weather conditions.
• The environment may require protective clothing, heavy equipment operation, and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Physical activities may include walking long distances, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, using hand tools, and operating heavy machinery.

Compensation

• Compensation is listed as $25.41 to $31.77 per hour.
• Eligible positions may include bonus or sales incentive participation subject to applicable plan terms.
