Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials and cartons
- Prepare goods for dispatch as per sales orders and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely dispatch of shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in cycle counts and audits
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed, especially for cosmetic products
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
- Handle loading and unloading of cartons and pallets
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations (FMCG / cosmetics preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems / ERP / SAP is an advantage
- Ability to handle cartons and warehouse equipment
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)
- Team player with attention to detail

Job Summary
- The Warehouse Executive is responsible for supporting day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching finished goods and raw materials. The role ensures accurate inventory control, timely dispatches, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
