Overview
We are looking for a reliable warehouse & E commerce Coordinator to handle daily online orders, manage stock, and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilties
- Process daily online orders using Shopify
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
- Print barcodes and shipping labels
- Manage and update inventory records
- Coordinate with couriers for pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with vendors and customers as needed
- Keep the warehouse organised and stock counted regularly
Requirements
- Basic Shopify knowledge
- Comfortable with barcode scanners and label printers
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to coordinate with couriers, vendors, and customers
- Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience
- Basic computer skills (email, excels, spreadsheets)
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus (prefered not required)
- Salary : To be discussed in the interview
