About The Role
We are looking for a detail-driven designer who can translate ideas into precise, production-ready designs.
This role sits between creativity and execution — turning concepts into clear technical outputs that factories can build from.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative direction into technical sketches and spec sheets
- Develop accurate measurements, proportions, and construction details
- Prepare factory-ready tech packs (materials, stitching, components, finishes)
- Collaborate on refining designs — shapes, proportions, materials
- Suggest improvements and alternative design solutions
- Ensure designs are aligned with production feasibility and quality standards
- Work across categories (footwear, leather goods, accessories)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in footwear or accessories design
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (technical drawing is a must)
- Experience creating tech packs for factories
- Good understanding of materials (leather, rubber, textiles, etc.)
- Strong eye for proportion, shape, and detail
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working with international factories
- Knowledge of luxury or premium product standards
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience
- Footwear & Accessories Design: 3 years (Required)
