Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of retail operations, team performance, customer experience, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the retail team.
- Recruit and build a high performing team aligned with company standards and culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium client experience at all times.
- Take full ownership of all store operations, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and proactively implement initiatives to increase revenue and conversion.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create, improve, and maintain operational systems and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with production, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, receiving, transfers, and replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee retail systems, POS operations, payment gateways, and cash management procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store appearance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, footwear, watches, jewelry, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
