About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to deliver exceptional customer service levels while optimizing warehousing, transportation, and inventory performance.
- Manage 3PL operations through regular performance reviews, monitoring SLAs, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring on time, accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Lead logistics budgeting, cost to serve analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to identify savings opportunities across inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and reverse logistics.
- Develop analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting to provide visibility of inventory, logistics performance, stock discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence projects and ensure compliance with quality, customs, trade, security, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain roles within a multinational organization
- Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG industries preferred
- Proven experience managing 3PLs, warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and SAP ERP systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic

What You’ll Bring to Alcon

- Proven experience managing third party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and SAP ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
