About the Role

Responsibilities
- Strategically influence global/international teams to define deployment plans and promotional campaign requirements for critical initiatives.
- Actively monitor market competition to ensure requirements meet business needs.
- Provide expert level knowledge of enterprise IT systems (SAP, SFDC, Foresight) and bridge with stakeholders.
- Define opportunity behind each digital initiative and align country organization to realize it.
- Create plan and align cross functional resources for best in class execution.
- Adapt/translate training materials and ensure all required parties are trained.
- Track performance against Commercial KPIs and shape action plans.
- Leverage technologies (Drupal, Salesforce, Sprinklr, ON24) to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Partner with sales organization to ensure efficient lead follow up.
- Serve as single point of contact with International Business Transformation team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable
- Fluency in English and local market language
- 10 15 years of digital marketing experience in large companies
- 7 10 years of demonstrated leadership
- Experience launching and growing enterprise level digital products
- Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystem
- Intimate knowledge of agile development processes
- Fluency in customer segmentation and data analysis
