Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse staff including reporting, scheduling, and training
- Oversee receiving, sorting, and storing of incoming goods with proper documentation
- Manage order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping for e commerce
- Create purchase orders and post GRNs in Sage, assign lot numbers and expiry dates
- Coordinate with logistics teams and external carriers for shipments
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle checks
- Handle pick up and delivery of orders as required
- Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and daily delivery status
Requirements
- UAE Driver's License (manual preferred)
- Experience with Sage inventory and accounting software
- Experience in warehouse coordination and inventory management
- Familiarity with e commerce platforms like Amazon Seller and Vendor
- Knowledge of Chamber of Commerce processes for COO applications

Position Overview
- The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in daily warehouse operations, coordinating inventory, staff, safety, and workflow.
- Ensures goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with warehouse staff including reporting, health & safety, attendance, scheduling & training.
- Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Delivery & pick up of orders (UAE Driver's license mandatory manual preferred).
- Oversee accurate receiving, sorting, and storing of incoming goods; confirm availability by verifying inventory records.
- Coordinate and conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and cycle checks.
- Create Purchase Orders and post GRNs in Sage, including new inventory codes, lot numbers, and expiry dates.
- Oversee day to day e commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Support warehouse staff with loading/unloading and physical inventory handling when required.
- Prepare big orders and coordinate with logistics teams for shipment tracking.
- Perform tasks of team members in their absence; work with external vendors and carriers.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections.
- Daily posting of sales invoices for Qooah Online, Qooah POS, Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Nuzest, and retail customers.
Requirements
- UAE Driver's License (manual preferred).
- Experience with Sage inventory and accounting software.
- Familiarity with Chamber of Commerce processes for COO applications.
- Experience in warehouse coordination and inventory management.
- Knowledge of e commerce platforms like Amazon Seller and Vendor.
