Role Overview

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and sell premium recreational loyalty memberships through tele sales and client engagement, while ensuring excellent follow up and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and manage sales leads.
  • Sell premium loyalty memberships via tele sales and direct client interactions.
  • Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable membership solutions.
  • Prepare basic presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support sales strategies.
  • Follow up with clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Working Schedule

  • 8 hours per day.
  • 5 days per week & 1 2 hours work from home on 6th day.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales (mandatory).
  • Fitness / wellness industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target driven, confident, and professional.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate or short notice joining.
