Job Summary
The Warehouse/CFS Coordinator performs both warehouse and cargo-freight-station duties for the Montreal Branch.
The role includes cargo handling, inventory, documentation, billing, deliveries, compliance, and support for branch departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and perform associated warehouse tasks.
- Load and unload cargo from trucks, trailers, containers, airline pallets, and other transportation equipment.
- Measure, weigh, and physically count products.
- Check in air and ocean cargo using the company system.
- Pack and repack outgoing freight shipments.
- Pack household goods at customer sites and in the warehouse.
- Conduct warehouse distribution and monthly inventory using the company system.
- Bill customers for warehouse storage and truck delivery.
- Follow company policies, procedures, objectives, safety requirements, and business ethics.
- Maintain a safe, neat, orderly, and efficient warehouse and practice 5S daily.
