The Operations Support Coordinator carries out the order fulfillment work plan for the shift.
The role coordinates order allocation, replenishment, and inbound and outbound freight flow using warehouse management system best practices.
The position requires perishable shipment handling experience and flexible availability from Sunday through Saturday for 35 to 40 hours per week.
Inventory and Order Fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory records, accounting and billing records, KPI data, and inventory reports.
- Resolve physical and system discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and apply FIFO practices.
- Allocate orders, monitor WMS work queues, prioritize rush orders, and ensure timely picking and fulfillment.
- Coordinate value-added services such as stickering, MH10 labels, and LPN consolidation before staging.
