Role Overview
Rotate through most warehouse processes rather than being assigned to a single task.
Work as part of a team supporting receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and material transport.
Warehouse Activities
- Receive, pick, pack, wrap, crate, label, and ship large and small materials.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, tuggers, pallet jacks, and other material transport equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, count parts, conduct inventory audits, and perform cycle counts.
- Use ORACLE and other computer applications to review, enter, and edit data.
- Generate shipping labels and packing slips, verify accuracy, and prevent material loss or damage.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and collaborate on process improvements.
Desired Skills
- One year of manufacturing and warehouse experience is desired.
- Forklift driving experience and forklift certification are desired.
- Experience with ERP systems such as ORACLE or SAP and computer literacy are desired.
- Safety awareness, communication, organization, attention to detail, and leadership skills are desired.
