We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Cubicles to own the cubicle portfolio from customer requirements through product definition, standardization, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
The role will ensure that products meet customer requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
Own the cubicle product portfolio and act as the key product contact across functions.
Define the product roadmap based on customer, technology, and market needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally to support product development and delivery.
Define and maintain standard products, variants, options, and customer configurations while ensuring cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Apply knowledge of electrical cubicles, railway signalling cabinets, wiring, and schematics in product decisions.
Work with Engineering teams to standardize cubicle and wiring designs and ensure they are suitable for manufacturing, testing, maintenance, and field use.
Maintain and manage product structures, BOMs, variants, options, and configuration rules in SAP ERP.
Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including product introduction, revisions, improvements, product changes, and phase-out.
Ensure products meet applicable railway, electrical, safety, IEC/EN, and customer requirements, and support testing, validation, certification, and compliance activities.
Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback, field performance, quality, reliability, cost, and market requirements.
BE/B.Tech or MS/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, electrical engineering, or cubicle development.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
in railway signalling or safety-critical products is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable railway and IEC/EN standards is preferred.
