Position summary
The Warehouse Associate supports construction operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing tools, equipment, and materials to project sites.
The role helps maintain a safe, orderly, and well-stocked warehouse and supports timely deliveries to internal project teams and sites.
The position is based in Port Kells, Surrey, British Columbia, and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor while taking direction from the shop Foreman.
Key accountabilities
- Prepare outgoing deliveries and shipments with accurate documentation.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
- Receive, track, label, and store merchandise and equipment accessibly.
- Inspect inventory and equipment returned from job sites for damage and faults.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized according to company and safety standards.
- Support inventory upkeep through basic inspections, repair coordination, and equipment washing.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.
