- Assist in supervising day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor warehouse workflows and optimize processes for efficiency
- Assist in managing, guiding, and motivating warehouse staff
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of warehouse team members
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Enforce warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

Operational Management
- Assist in supervising day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor warehouse workflows and optimize processes for efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations
Team Supervision
- Assist in managing, guiding, and motivating warehouse staff
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of warehouse team members
- Support in conducting training and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures
Inventory Management
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO)
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
- Maintain proper documentation for shipments, receipts, and stock movements
- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry in warehouse management systems
Equipment & Facility Management
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources
