- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure effective inventory management to meet sales demands and minimize stock storage
- Provide guidance and support to sales executives, including training, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget management reviews
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

- Experience leading and managing sales teams
