- Coordinate with team members and customers via phone or email
Requirements
- Strong practical skills in packing and handling goods with attention to accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management processes
- Ability to safely perform or support forklift operation (certification is an advantage)
- Customer service skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with inventory or warehouse management software
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are an asset

Role Description
- Part time, hybrid position based in Dubai with some tasks from home.
- On site: receiving, unpacking, packing goods, organizing products, inventory counts, stock replenishment.
- Remote: updating inventory systems, preparing reports, coordinating with team and customers.
