Role Description
- The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee end to end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply management across the organization’s portfolio.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and flexible work from home arrangements.
Daily Responsibilities
- Analyzing demand and supply data, managing supplier relationships, optimizing stock levels, and coordinating logistics to maintain timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and mitigate risks.
- Providing guidance to junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast requirements and interpret data for decision making.
- Solid supply management and procurement skills to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable sourcing.
- Effective inventory management skills to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain service quality.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work across teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in senior supply chain or operations roles, ideally within international or regional markets.
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with supply chain and ERP software.
- Relevant academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
