Requirements
- Strong skills in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support fair, consistent selection decisions
- Experience in Employer Branding, helping to promote the organization’s value proposition
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing within international or regional markets is beneficial
- Strong communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple requisitions, and use applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred

Role Description
- The Talent Acquisition Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- This role is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Day to day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will also support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support fair, consistent selection decisions.
