Warehouse and Production Manager

Job Purpose

Order and Production Management

• Review all new, pending, urgent, reprint, pickup, and delivery orders daily.
• Prepare production plans, assign priorities, and track orders through printing, heat pressing, quality checking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor deadlines, resolve or escalate delays, and maintain accurate order statuses.
• Ensure completed orders pass required quality and quantity checks before release.

Team Supervision and Quality

• Assign tasks, follow up on completion, and enforce procedures, safety rules, quality standards, and schedules.
• Train employees on order handling, quality checks, stock procedures, and workplace organization.
• Investigate recurring production problems and maintain records of defects, complaints, reprints, returns, and wastage.
