About the Role

- Prepare accurate sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices for cleaning machines, equipment, and spare parts.
- Prepare and manage purchase quotations for local spare parts sourcing to support the technical team.
- Efficiently process 'stock in' data for the Cleaning Division and ensure ERP/system records match physical inventory.
- Coordinate and execute smooth inter company document and stock transfers between divisions.
- Assist the technical team with tracking parts availability and managing documentation for machine servicing or sales.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Warehouse Administrator or Technical Clerk
- Strong familiarity with preparing commercial documents (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Quotations)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Prior experience with cleaning machines trading companies or industrial equipment suppliers is a major plus

Job Overview
- We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our Technical Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Order & Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices for cleaning machines, equipment, and spare parts.

- System Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR2,000 QAR3,000 per month.
