Key Responsibilities And Duties
- **Shipment Coordination:** Organize, track, and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordinating with freight forwarders and transporters.
- **Inventory Control:** Receive, inspect, and store goods accurately, updating inventory data in management systems.
- **Documentation & Administration:** Prepare, verify, and maintain essential shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and Air Waybills (AWB).
- **Supplier/Client Liaison:** Serve as a point of contact for vendors and customers to address shipment issues and ensure satisfaction.
- **Process Optimization:** Assist in warehouse space utilization and process improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Experience:** Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics is usually required.
- **Organizational Skills:** Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and pay high attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Knowledge of inventory management systems
- **Communication:** Effective communication skills
