Job Summary

  • We are seeking an organized and proactive Technical Support / Service Administrator to join our team.
  • In this role, you will act as the key link between our customers, sales team, and technical service departments.
  • You will manage customer inquiries, schedule maintenance operations, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure all service records are maintained.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a solid understanding of cleaning machinery/equipment, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer service requests, technical inquiries, and communicate updates regarding service schedules, maintenance, and job completion status.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and process sales and service orders. Schedule and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Technician Management: Dispatch jobs and coordinate closely with technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of service and repair work.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Track pending jobs to ensure all customer requests are resolved within required timeframes. Maintain accurate service records, warranty records, and equipment history files.
  • Procurement Liaison: Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Reporting & Quoting: Prepare quotations for maintenance services and spare parts when required.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience working specifically with cleaning machines and equipment.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong technical understanding of cleaning equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Computer Skills: Highly proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company management software.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle both customer interactions and internal team coordination.
