Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to their care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments (oral, IV, IM, etc.).
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Manage wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.
- Support patients recovering from surgery, illness, or chronic conditions.
- Regularly assess patients physical and mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up to date nursing notes, charts, and reports.
- Report changes in the patients condition to physicians or healthcare supervisors promptly.
- Educate patients and families about disease management, medication use, and self care practices.
- Coordinate care with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow hygiene and infection control protocols in home settings.
Requirements
- Female nurse
- Nursing qualification (B.Sc / GNM Nursing)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Valid Nursing Registration
- Good English required
