Role Overview
Wood World Decor LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Wall Painter.
The role focuses on wall preparation, painting techniques, finishing work, attention to detail, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare walls and surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming.
- Apply paint, primer, and coatings with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform interior and exterior painting work as required.
- Achieve smooth, clean, and professional finishes.
- Match colors and maintain consistency across surfaces.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and other areas during painting.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.
- Care for painting tools and equipment.
- Follow site safety rules and company quality standards.
- Complete assigned work within the required timeframe.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Wall Painter, Painter, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit for construction and fit-out site work.
- Interior fit-out or decoration experience is preferred.
