Provide organized and detail-oriented administrative support to the team.

Reception and communication
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Greet visitors and clients and provide assistance.
- Respond to routine inquiries and provide information to staff and clients.
Administrative support
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and current records and databases.
Scheduling and coordination
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotels.
