- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service standards.
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.
- Prepare and set up dining tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well groomed appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
