- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a flower shop, gift shop, or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and basic cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
