Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome. Seat them appropriately and provide a smooth, attentive experience.
- Menu Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the 78 Lounge menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and common allergens. Be ready to provide informed recommendations and upsell specials.
- Order Accuracy: Take orders precisely, using the POS system or standard order taking protocols. Communicate any special requests or dietary modifications clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Monitor tables throughout the meal to refill drinks, remove empty plates, and address any guest concerns immediately.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized section. This includes setting and resetting tables, sanitizing surfaces, and strictly adhering to local food safety and hygiene regulations.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,800.00 AED 2,200.00 per month
