About The Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
You’ll take orders, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on menu items.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Work Experience & Knowledge
- Familiarity with all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Ability to describe dishes accurately and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Awareness of daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
