Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Coffee Trainer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing baristas across all outlets, ensuring consistency in beverage quality, service standards, and coffee knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct barista training programs for new and existing staff
- Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs
- Ensure consistency in coffee preparation and presentation across all outlets
- Perform regular store visits for evaluation, coaching, and quality control
- Train staff on espresso calibration, latte art, and brewing techniques
- Monitor product quality and provide feedback for improvement
- Support new store openings and staff onboarding
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista Trainer
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate team members
- Willingness to travel between outlets
- Good organizational and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty coffee certifications (SCA or similar)
- Experience in multi-outlet operations
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
