We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented **Waitress** to join our restaurant team in Deira.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments when required.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with UAE hospitality experience.
- Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
