Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service standards.
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in restaurants, lounges, or hotels preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation.
- Smart appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with UAE hospitality experience.
