Overview
We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly organised Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.
You will set the tone for every dining experience — from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave — ensuring seamless seating, smooth communication with front-of-house staff, and an atmosphere that feels effortlessly welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, managing waitlists and reservations with precision
Escort guests to their tables and present menus, ensuring seating arrangements align with service flow
Coordinate with servers and management to balance table sections and maintain efficient turnover
Manage phone and online reservations, updating the booking system accurately
Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, escalating when appropriate
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the entrance and waiting area at all times
Bid farewell to departing guests and invite them to return, upholding a consistently warm, memorable impression
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
