Role Overview
The F&B Waitress is a front-line guest contact and hospitality ambassador for the hotel.
The role focuses on prompt, courteous service and guest satisfaction in the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Work across departments to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage outlet operations.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and resort facilities.
- Develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work area and uphold guest privacy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
- English-speaking ability.
