• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and offer recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
• Process payments and handle billing efficiently.

• Set up tables with proper tableware, cutlery, and condiments.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area before and after service.
• Assist in arranging tables for special occasions and events.
• Follow hotel safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and hotel policies.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service techniques.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
