Waiter Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to tables, present menus, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Check on guests and address concerns to support guest satisfaction.
  • Clear tables, reset them, and maintain a clean dining area.
  • Process cash and credit card payments according to hotel policies.

Barista Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other coffee beverages.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Ensure coffee preparation meets standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

General Duties

  • Follow food and beverage hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant or coffee station.
  • Work with the team across restaurant and coffee service areas.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
  • Attend training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification is required.
  • One year of F&B hotel experience is required.
  • English is required.
  • The work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.

Compensation

  • Full-time employment with pay of AED 1,500 to AED 2,200 per month.
