Job Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food, beverages, specialty dishes, wine, and other drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests are satisfied and resolve dining concerns promptly.
- Present bills, collect payments, and process transactions accurately.
- Clear and reset tables and prepare them with linens, cutlery, glassware, and other essentials.
- Keep service stations stocked with food, beverages, tableware, coffee, and linens.
- Verify customer identification for legal age compliance when serving alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene and follow company, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous waiter or waitress experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Effective English communication is required.
Compensation
- The role pays AED 1,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
