Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a specific kitchen section.
- Prepare and present dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning.
- Maintain inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Uphold consistent food quality and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills in Western cuisine.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Al Ain or current residence in Al Ain is listed as a preferred qualification.
