Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-oriented Waitress to provide excellent dining service and ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns efficiently.
- Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
