- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist with food preparation and storage

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a North & South Indian Cook
- Proven expertise in preparing various biryanis and North Indian curries
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen and as part of a team
