- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver orders promptly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service
- Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism
- Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean and set according to brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and front of house teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress or Server in a quality restaurant, café or hospitality environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast paced environment

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Guide guests through the menu, confidently offering recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly.
- Deliver orders promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service.
- Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism.
- Uphold the service standards that define the tashas experience.
- Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean and set according to brand standards.
- Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment.
- Support daily operational tasks and contribute to smooth running of the restaurant.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress or Server in a quality restaurant, café or hospitality environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, professional and confident personality.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
