- Creating memorable guest experiences through a warm, confident and highly visible presence during service.
- Building genuine relationships with regular guests, VIP clientele and international visitors.
- Driving new business through hotel concierge partnerships, private concierge relationships, corporate networking and personal connections.
- Growing repeat visits, private dining enquiries and group bookings.
- Managing guest feedback with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Using SevenRooms CRM to build detailed guest profiles and deliver personalised experiences.
- Working closely with Operations, Reservations and Marketing to elevate the guest journey and commercial performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations or restaurant management
- Naturally charismatic, polished and passionate about delivering world class hospitality
- Strong commercial awareness and enjoys building relationships that generate business
- Confident engaging with high profile guests, hotel concierges, corporate clients and luxury lifestyle partners
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence and impeccable attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast paced, high end hospitality environment
- Experience using SevenRooms or a similar CRM platform (advantageous)

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating memorable guest experiences through a warm, confident and highly visible presence during service.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations or restaurant management.
