Requirements
- 3 5 years experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations, or restaurant management
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth
- Confidence networking with hotel concierges, corporate clients, and high value guests
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Thrives in a fast paced luxury dining environment
- Experience with SevenRooms or similar CRM platform (advantageous)

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating exceptional guest experiences through a warm, visible presence during every service.
- Building lasting relationships with our regular guests and VIP clientele.
- Growing the business through concierge relationships, corporate partnerships and personal networking.
- Driving reservations, repeat visits and group bookings.
- Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Using SevenRooms CRM to build meaningful guest profiles and deliver truly personalised hospitality.
- Collaborating with our leadership team to continuously elevate the Bungalo34 experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years' experience within luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations or restaurant management.
- Naturally connects with people and builds trust with ease.
- Has strong commercial awareness and enjoys contributing directly to business growth.
- Is confident networking with hotel concierges, corporate clients and high value guests.
- Has exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Thrives in a fast paced luxury dining environment.
- Has experience with SevenRooms or a similar CRM platform (advantageous).
