- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining Rosewood and LQA standards
- Guide guests through menu selections with confidence and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Serve food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Build meaningful guest connections by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned stations and service areas
- Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork, communication, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Experience in a waiter/waitress role within hospitality, luxury dining, or guest focused environments
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through genuine and intuitive service
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and ability to make recommendations
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working with POS systems and handling transactions accurately
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

- As a Waiter/Waitress, you will report to the Captain.
Your Role
- You will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
- You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving menu items, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and sophistication.
